We want you to feel beautiful and confident in your Adrianna Papell purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Ship Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
